Comfortable English Oak Bench with Patina Original Finish

Beautiful antique English bench crafted from solid white oak in the late 1800’s. The patina is a bit of a fooler, for at a quick glance you would think that our antique English country style bench, was just a very nice worn old white oak. However, take a hard look and you’ll notice it was painted a mustard color, probably a 100-years ago and before that, it was a pale blue. Generally, these old benches tend to be not the nicest place to sit during a long meal, but this one dispels of that reputation, for it surprisingly is quite comfortable. Structurally, our Old Plank workshop went through the bench to make double sure there were no issues and there are none.
