“The West’s most famous brand.” Levi’s America’s finest overall since 1850.
We have been purchasing vintage commercial signs for over 30 years, and we have never discovered one of such grand proportions with such incredible subject matter. What is more American than Levi's Jeans? This mammoth 10’-long, absolute stone, all original Levi's sign has had zero restoration, or paint enhancement, as some prefer to call it. The funniest thing about this Levi's sign is that we found it mounted to a bocce ball court in the south of France. Go figure; I would love to know how it got there. The subject matter of the cowboy in his plaid shirt and branding iron with his horse was used by Levi Strauss for decades, but what makes this so one easy to date is the “buy war bonds" on it.
