Beautifully Restored Antique French Bookcase or possible China Cabinet from the 1800's. The style seems to blend between Louis XVI with hints of Directoire. The black paint is accented with a light touch of gold that contrasts nicely with the off-red hand-painted interior. The glass panes both appear to be the original French wavy glass.

France, 1870-1890.

Condition: Good. Wear consistent with age and use. Being offered as received, although the cabinet was restored previously.
