Antique French Industrial mechanical architect's drafting table with a cast iron base. The manufacturer looks to be from APR and we could not find any history of the company, although in another location the following indicates that the drafting table design is patented, but not guaranteed by the French Government. BREVETÉ S.G.D.S. We fell in love with the look and could easily see a great painting or interesting blueprint displayed on the drafting table. Please note the hairline crack in base, but does not affect the table's function. Because the drafting tables base is made from cast iron it is exceedingly heavy. We did not check all the functions of the table.
