Antique French Louis XVI Style Dining Chairs in a set of (6) with new black leather. Our Old Plank Restoration and Upholstery Departments teamed up to transform an ordinary set of (6) Louis XVI Dining Chairs into something quite special. The antique grey painted finish was copied from an original 18th century French buffet we had in stock, so the shade of grey is period correct. Our Old Plank Upholstery department rebuilt all the chairs from the bare wood frames and everything was done in an old school manner, meaning no foam rubber seats to go bad after a few years of use, but rather horsehair and shredded coco fibers. Because this set of (6) Louis XVI Chairs are of a barrel-back design they tend to be far more comfortable than your more typical flat back.
