Antique Louis XVI Style Gilt Mirror from the late 1800's and very well constructed. At first blush I went to pick it up and was shocked by how heavy it was, so be extra careful if you're chosen to hang the Antique French Mirror on the wall. The weight tells you something about our Antique Gilt Mirror and that it was built to last and it's most likely well over 100-years-old. Granted, the gilt frame has seen numerous touchups over the decades and all were executed in France before we imported the Antique French Mirror from Toulouse. Certainly not perfect and we chose to leave the patina intact, so look closely at all our pictures i order to fully appreciate the patination.
