This table is an authentic copy of an 18th century French farm table and was made by the craftsmen here in our in-house workshop in Chicago. It was made from 3" rift cut white oak boards with custom edging as specified by the client. The aged oak is kiln dried, planed and transformed into the highest quality furniture, all by hand in our on-site workshop. Once the table is constructed, additional distressing can be done according to the customer's requirements, and finally to the finishing department for the selected stain color and the final coats of beeswax. This particular table has a very dark stain and smooth finish.
