French Art Deco Leather Club Chair Correctly and Thoroughly Restored using Horsehair and Shredded Coco fibers for padding. Everything during the restoration was strictly by the old school standards, where things were meant to last for decades and not just a free years. Old Plank has been faithfully restoring French Leather Club Chairs for over 30-years. We strip the chairs down to the wood skeleton frame and start tying the coil springs in 8-directions by hand. Nothing is left for chance and that is why each Club Chair requires 40-hours in our upholstery department and a further 12-20-hours in our finishing department since we dye our own leather hides. Nothing sits as well as an old properly restored French Leather Club Chair and generally we will have a dozen or more listed on this website.
