French Leather Club Chair Restored Ground Up, Incredibly Comfortable Rare Design

French leather Club Chair (single) that has just gone through a 75-man hour Restoration where nothing was left untouched. Our Old Plank Upholstery Department stripped the original French Leather Club Chair to the bare wood frame and basically built a new Club Chair. Our upholsters used horsehair, shredded coco fibers and wadded wool for padding and of course the coil springs were all 8-way hand-tied. For leather, we decided to dye our own hides in order to achieve a slightly worn dark brown we were searching for. Trimming was left to the large oversize French nails and they too were aged to blend with the leather. Besides looking unbelievable, the French Club Chair sits as comfortable as it is beautiful and we cannot remember a better one and yes, it is that good. This particular style of Art Deco French Club Chair is very difficult to find and realistically, if you desired a pair, we would probably have to fabricate a copy from scratch, which is something our woodworking department is quite capable of. We thought for a brief moment of making a matching French Leather Art Deco Sofa to match, for almost anything is possible here in our workshops.
