Antique 18th century French Shutters in old putty grey paint. In total, we currently have a grouping of (14) individual shutters, or (7) pairs. The antique French shutters came from a chateau outside of Perpignan in Southwest France, which has a desert like landscape. They are in pretty decent condition and still have their incredible circa 1700’s original hardware. The shutters are being offered as found, with no restoration, or recent paint enhancements. In over 30-years of buying in France, these are unequivocally the finest, unrestored grouping of large antique shutters we have ever come across. These antique incredible French 18th century shutters could be transformed into a room divider, or repurposed into a King size or Queen size headboard. Being offered in pairs.
