We were just sitting here, trying to remember the last time we had a genuine pair of matching Antique French Buffets, lets alone Directoire style French Buffets and in 25 years, we believe this is the only pair we have ever had for sale. The pair of Directoire style Buffets, came from a Chateau in the Loire Valley near the town of Tours. The Buffets were made in the late 1800’s in the style of Directoire and are Ebonized with gold detailing. Both Marble tops have seen prior restoration, but are an exquisite color.

Condition: Good. Refinished. Wear consistent with age and use. Minor losses. Completely restored, both structurally and cosmetically, including the marble.
