Vintage Turkish Kilim rug from our store owner's personal collection. Kilims are produced by tightly interweaving the warp and weft strands of the weave to produce a flat surface with no pile. Most kilim weaves are "weft-facing", i.e., the horizontal weft strands are pulled tightly downward so that they hide the vertical warp strands. This rug is in nice original condition, one end of the rug is 62.5" wide and the other is 56" wide. The size shown includes the fringe, it is 84.5" without the fringe. Please contact us for pricing.
