Actually, the set of (6) Louis XVI Dining Chairs had a yellowish tint or possibly a glaze that we merely washed off and the soft creamy white paint was hidden underneath. The upholstery was restored at some point in the past and the muslin covering is recent. Chair frames are tight and structurally sound and will not require restoration.
