Stemming from our unrelenting passion for collecting life-size sheep, we are constantly looking to expand our Old Plank sheep collection. There’s always one black sheep in the family, but our family has welcomed the addition of another, with the creation of this particular sheep made from an industrial strength, dark patina resin covered in black faux sheep fur.
We began collecting full size sheep sculptures in the early 1970’s and have yet to slow down. Whether we purchased our sheep sculptures from a showroom in the Chicago Merchandise Mart, or from Navajo in New Mexico, we were continuously seeking out the best proportioned sheep and ultimately, the cutest. Our Old Plank life-size sheep collection will continue to expand the limits of our artists, who enable our dreams to come true.
