Restored Antique Chinese Altar Table with (8) Drawers circa 1900

Chinese developed furniture during the Eastern Zhou period (770B.C. - 221B.C.). What we might call a console table, they referred to them as "Altar tables" where you would display your items of beauty. Most Altar tables will show areas of burn marks from their incense burners. This particular Chinese alter table appears to have some age to it, based on the dove-tail drawers and general wear and we'd date it around 1880-1900
