Antique Near Pair of Irish Scrubbed Pine Cupboards from the late 1800's that are extremely unusual. Old Plank has been importing Irish Pine Cupboards, Cabinets, Tables and everything and anything Antique Pine from Ireland for the last 35-Years. This is the first time we have ever seen a genuine Pair of Antique Pine Cupboards or Antique Pine Cabinets. Typically, tour Pair of Antique Pine Cabinets would be referred to as Scrubbed Pine. Scrubbed Pine is really the process of stripping off layers of paint from antique pine furniture. Once stripped and thoroughly washed, the antique pine gets several coats of a natural beeswax finish to protect the wood. Based on the condition we found the pair of antique pine cupboards it was evident that they were loved, for they required absolutely zero repairs.
